ABOUT ME

I am first and foremost the husband of an amazing wife. Secondly, I have had the privilege of being dad to 3 wonderful kids. Third, I’m a REALTOR® who seeks to serve your needs and make the process as easy as possible.

I do what I do to provide for the needs of my family by serving the needs of yours.

MY UNIQUE EXPERIENCE that is different from most REALTORS® features 35 years in the development industry including engineering, surveying, construction, inspection, and land use law. Not only do I know about homes, but I also understand about their property boundaries, lot grading, utilities, sidewalks, and streets. Additionally, I spent 2 years on the management team at Guarantee and have served as a mentor to new agents since 2015.

As a REALTOR®, I hold certifications of e-PRO®, RENE, AHWD®, and designation of SRES®. I have also been awarded the C2EX endorsement by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) to recognize my Commitment to Excellence in our profession. I am also a Certified Probate & Trust Specialist.

e-PRO® is a certification that signifies my commitment to technology – it is an ever-changing world. The importance of tech in real estate is in not just being familiar with all the different Apps and concepts but in knowing which ones are effective. RENE stands for Real Estate Negotiation Expert and sets apart those who have completed training to gain a positive outcome for their client. AHWD signifies the At Home With Diversity certification identifying training and a commitment to recognize and serve people of all backgrounds.

SRES® designation stands for Seniors Real Estate Specialist and began following my own family experiences with wills, trusts, power of attorneys, and court proceedings, being appointed as guardian, conservator, and executor. I understand that the emotions and concerns of such a major life change can be overwhelming for everyone involved. With that, I am also a Certified Probate and Trust Specialist.

C2EX is a program of NAR to improve professionalism in our industry. The curriculum includes many hours of training, testing, and involvement in 10 core areas of real estate practice. C2EX sets the standard for what it means to be a professional in the real estate industry. As of December 2021, I was one of thirteen agents in my market to earn this endorsement.

Outside of work I enjoy church activities including small groups, missions, and marriage mentoring, sports (especially football, track and field, swimming, and water polo), travel, snorkeling, hot air ballooning, cycling, hiking, model railroading, home improvement, all kinds of research, and reading.
