About Alex & Kris

Alex and Kris Sisk, father and son real estate team. They are valley natives with local knowledge in Fresno, Madera, and Tulare Counties. With their many years of combined experience in real estate appraisal, civil engineering, operating small businesses, home construction and remodeling, the Sisk's are confident that they can help you with all of your real estate needs.

Alex Sisk was born in Fort Hood Texas. My parents moved us to the San Joaquin Valley when I was three months old. I grew up in the South valley where I attended Tulare Union High. I married my wife in 1987 and had two daughters and two sons all with their own successful careers. Alex was self employed for 20 years as a swimming pool maintenance and repair technician and later changed careers to become a Certified Residential Appraiser for 20 years, then transitioning to a Realtor/Broker for the last two and a half years.

Alex and his wife built two owner builder homes which came with a lot of construction experience and useful knowledge that I use now as a Realtor.

Kris has been a Central Valley native his entire life. His passion for real estate comes from his Dad who built a few houses as he was growing up. Being able to watch and see the inner workings of that process, planted a seed in Kris. After working for the State of California for five years, he transitioned and ran a successful business for the last 4 years. He then began a career in real estate. Kris also has a degree in Civil Engineering from Fresno City College.
