EXPERIENCE, PATIENCE AND PROVEN RESULTS. LET MY 43 YEARS OF REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE GO TO WORK FOR YOU. Growing up in the Home Building Industry, Real Estate is in my blood and passion. There is nothing more rewarding than servicing New and Past Clients, and receiving new Referrals. My goal is to make every Real Estate Transaction a positive and rewarding experience for my Clients. I was fortunate to share a Real Estate Partnership and Realty World Franchise Office with Roby and Barbara Strachan for over 25 years before we merged our Office with Realty Concepts. It was a perfect match because the Shamshoians share them same values and ethics of always putting the needs of the Clients First. My business is enhanced with my Local, State and National involvement with the Real Estate Industry. I served as the 2007 President and 2004 MLS Chairman with the Fresno Association of Realtors. I also serve as a California and National Association of Realtors Director. It is imperative staying involve with new laws and legislation that effect Home Owner and Private Property Rights. I was born and raised in Fresno and attend CSUF securing a Double Major. Fresno is a great place to live with lots of Real Estate Opportunities. I have enjoyed volunteering over the years as an Advisory Council Member with CSUF and The Nazareth House. I'm looking forward in assisting you in your next Real Estate need.
