I have lived and worked in the San Joaquin Valley for all my life and have roots here going back to early in the last century. In 1928, my grandfather purchased a 13,000 acre ranch in southeastern Madera County for $17 an acre. Since then, real estate prices and transaction complexity have changed immensely. Today, a typical real estate deal for a home generally includes a lender, appraiser, home and pest inspectors, other real estate agents, a title officer, underwriter, a notary public, and in many instances, a home warranty agent. Dealing with this complexity can be overwhelming. That’s where I come in. Let me be your tour guide through this jungle. Whether you want to buy or sell property, no matter how big or small, you can expect the utmost in service, diligence, and integrity from me to navigate through the clutter and get the job done. I’m here help you make the entire real estate transaction process smooth, seamless, stress-free, and fun! My customers deserve the best and that’s what I strive to deliver. So, let’s get started!
