Orilia Alvarado was born in Monterrey Mexico and immigrated to the United States at a very young age. Her family and friends fondly refer to her as Lily. She grew up in Cutler-Orosi and worked as a migrant farm worker with her family. She became a U.S. Citizen at the age of 15. Her parents instilled in her the value of an education and hard work to better oneself in order to reap the rewards of success. She is a graduate of Fresno State with a Bachelors of Science degree in Agricultural Business and worked as a Latin American Liaisons for produce import and export companies in California and Washington. She also has a Masters of Education specializing in Cross Cultural Teaching from National University. She has spent the last ten years as a K-8 educator. She has always had an interest in Real Estate and finally decided it make it a reality. She is outgoing and enjoys meeting new people. She has a passion and desire to help others and plans to use these qualities to help them fulfill the American Dream of home ownership. In her free time, she enjoys learning how to sew, spending time with her family including her dog Blaze and flying antique aircraft with her boyfriend.
