Paul and I really wanted to express our sincerest gratitude for everything Susan Smith has done for us over the past several months.  We are so thankful that we had the opportunity to get to know and work with her.  We both feel that she is truly ONE IN A MILLION.  Although this journey was a wild ride at times, we knew we were always in good hands.

It seems that nowadays most people are working just to collect a check.  I have been fortunate to be able to go to work each day and do exactly what I love to do, I feel that it is the same for Susan.  She was always there when we needed her and was so willing to give us advice.  We often felt that we were her only clients!

My name is Julia.  My husband John and I bought our home April 15, 1992 with the help of our Realtor, Don Scordino.  We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath beautiful 1,800 sq. ft. home with both a pool and spa.  Don was the first Realtor we called by using the telephone book.  Our house was the first of ten homes in this area he showed us.  This coming April we will have lived in our home for 16 years!!

We plan to live here for many, many more years.  John and I have repainted the outside of the house, re-did the landscape, repainted the pool and spa, repainted most of the inside of the house and just bought a new air-conditioner last July.

I just wanted to thank Don again for helping us buy this house.  He made both of us feel very comfortable in both his knowledge and experience as a Realtor.  We felt we could trust him and was not pushy.  Good luck to him in all the years to come.  Hopefully, in the future, Don can help both our kids buy a home.
